Order Processing:

  • All orders, including live fish orders, may take up to 3 business days to process. This processing time allows us to verify order details, prepare items for shipment, and arrange for pickup by our shipping partners.
  • Orders received between Friday and Saturday will be shipped based on Monday's shipping volume and may ship on Monday.

Shipping Methods and Costs:

  • Shipping costs will be automated during checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in your order. Customers are subject to additional charges or refunds as necessary.
  • We offer several shipping options, including standard shipping and expedited shipping. For live fish orders, we always recommend Overnight/Next Day Priority to ensure the highest quality of delivery.
  • Dry products cannot be shipped with live animals or wet products and are subject to separate shipping charges.

Delivery Times:

  • Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and your location. Estimated delivery times will be provided at the time of checkout.
  • While we strive to ensure timely delivery, please understand that unexpected delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or carrier issues.

Live Fish Guarantee:

  • We guarantee that live fish orders will arrive alive. However, you must be available to receive the package on the day of delivery to ensure the well-being of the fish.
  • If a fish expires in transit, we will replace it with a fish of equal value to the initial store purchase. Proof from the buyer, such as a photo of the expired fish weight on the packaging, will be required to process a replacement claim.

Liability and Service Alerts:

  • We are not responsible for any mishandling of packages during transportation or any late delivery once the package is in transit.
  • Arrival times of all packages are estimates, and we do not guarantee that FedEx will meet its commitments.
  • Please note that FedEx has suspended its money-back guarantee for all express shipments due to COVID-19. Visit the FedEx website for up-to-date service alerts.
